Quillix Content Manager
Quillix Content Manager is a streamlined document management solution that stores, organizes, and makes retrieving documents an intuitive process. With Quillix, users can efficiently capture, index, and categorize content, ensuring that every file is easy to access when needed. Whether you’re dealing with contracts, invoices, or correspondence, Quillix’s advanced search and tagging capabilities enable quick, pinpoint retrieval — saving time and reducing the hassle of searching through countless documents. Document Viewer
The integrated document viewer supports over 70 file formats—including PDF, Microsoft Office, and popular image types—without needing the original software installed on the server or client.
Export
Easily export documents and metadata to satisfy information requests, discovery or to migrate to a different system. Documents can be exported in original format or converted to PDF. Metadata can be exported in HTML or CSV.
Integration
You have access to the same HTTP API that the application is built on. You can write code in any language that can issue an HTTP POST request to add searching or display to any system.
Detailed Auditing
The system audits all login attempts, any operation that alters data or configuration, and all executed search queries to maintain a secure and traceable environment.
Markups
Note and drawing annotations can be added to documents and, with appropriate permissions, can be viewed or modified by authorized users.
Try it out
Our demo website has a large collection of fictional documents. You can try searching and retrieving existing documents or adding your own to the repository. Click here to try it out with your Google or Microsoft login. (The demo website functions slightly differently from a normal one. You can only see documents created by the System Admin or yourself. You can’t see documents created by any other user and they cannot see anything you upload. The demo system is reset periodically and any documents you created and your login information will be deleted at that time. You can login again at any time and your account will be recreated automatically.)
